Continental Engineering Company was founded in 1954 as an agent for HAVER & BOECKER, Polysius and Hazemag. After a restructuring in 1986 the company was named Continental Engineering (1986) Ltd.

HAVER & TYLER
The newly formed HAVER NIAGARA GmbH, in Münster (formerly the Machinery Division Münster, a business unit of HAVER & BOECKER OHG), HAVER & BOECKER Latinoamericana, Brazil, and W.S. TYLER, Canada have joined together since mid-March, 2012 under the new brand name of HAVER & TYLER. The alliance replaces the name of the Haver Screening Group.
